1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how PROPCORN AI Pty Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies on propcornx.com and the PROPCORN AI Platform. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes our broader data handling practices under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
The Platform is a B2B property acquisition intelligence tool. Most cookies we use are strictly functional: they keep your session authenticated while you work through the deal-scan interface, and they store your strategy configuration between sessions so you do not have to re-enter it each time.
2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or log in to a web application. They allow us to recognise your device across page loads, maintain your authentication state, remember preferences, and measure how the Platform is being used. We also use the browser's local storage mechanism for the cookie-banner dismissal record and certain interface preferences.

4. Notice and Choice
The PROPCORN AI Platform operates under a notice-and-default-allow model consistent with Australian privacy practice. Strictly necessary and preference cookies are required for the Platform to function correctly and cannot be disabled while you are logged in. Analytics cookies are activated by default on page load, but you can opt out at any time using our cookie banner or by configuring your browser as described in Section 7.
A cookie-notice banner is shown to new visitors. Dismissing it records your acknowledgement in localStorage. You can reopen the banner at any time by clicking the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set by third-party service providers acting on our behalf, for example our analytics infrastructure provider. We require those providers to limit their use of data to the provision of services to us, and to maintain confidentiality obligations. They are not permitted to use data collected in connection with the Platform for their own marketing or to share it with other customers.
6. Managing Cookies
- Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer to reopen the cookie notice and opt out of analytics cookies.
- Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies from a site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from staying logged in to the Platform. For browser-specific instructions see aboutcookies.org.
- Opting out of analytics does not affect the quality of deal-scan results or valuations delivered to your account.
7. Changes and Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new features to the Platform that involve new cookie categories, or when our service providers change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revision.
