Scout and Acquirer plans are available on a monthly basis with no minimum contract. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of your current billing period. Portfolio tier pricing is based on an annual agreement, with terms discussed during the sales process.
Yes. You can upgrade from Scout to Acquirer at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you are billed the pro-rated difference for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. Moving to Portfolio tier involves a brief onboarding call to configure the custom model and additional features.
Every plan includes a guided onboarding session with a member of the PROPCORN AI team. In that session, we walk through your acquisition strategy, configure your scoring model criteria, run an initial scan on the live market, and review the first batch of results together. Most teams are receiving a live, calibrated deal feed within 24 hours of onboarding.
Off-market signal detection, available on Acquirer and Portfolio tiers, monitors planning portal activity, ownership tenure patterns, and other publicly available non-listing signals that can indicate a property may be approaching sale. These signals appear in your deal feed with a distinct confidence score. They are signals to investigate, not confirmed listings, and are labelled clearly in the interface.
